MAD WASP RADIO LAUNCHING IN SEPTEMBER!!!

We are delighted to announce that Mad Wasp Radio is launching full-time at the start of September. Thanks so much for your positive reaction to the station and please keep those comments, ideas – and donations coming in. We can also promise lots of exciting new shows so please check back for details and the exact launch date.

MAXIMUM RHYTHM & BOOZE ON MAD WASP RADIO!

After intensive negotiations in a number of bars, we can now exclusively reveal that the internet's most listened-to 'subcultured' show – Maximum Rhythm & Booze – is coming to Mad Wasp Radio. Hosts Jonny Owen (filmmaker/actor) Penny Lane (voice of reason) and Warren Peace (philanthropist, emphasis on the ‘pissed’), fight fire with Bombay Sapphire with top tunes, barely sober banter and a line-up of celebrity guests popping by to raise a glass, including: Vicky McClure (This is England/Line of Duty), Dave Davies (The Kinks), Alan McGee (Creation records), Carl Barat (The Libertines), Rick Buckler (The Jam), Dave Wakeling (The English Beat), Phil Davis, Gary Shail, Mark Wingett, (Quadrophenia) and many, many more! Get the beers in and enjoy!

THANKS TO ALL THAT LISTENED IN TO US!

Thanks to everyone who tuned in to our test transmission weekend and we hope – despite the odd hiccup – that you enjoyed what you heard. We intend to be back on your airwaves really soon and, with your help, broadcasting 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. But to achieve this, we still need to raise enough money to pay for all the infrastructure, such as performance licences, hardware and software, so if you could possibly manage it please click on our Donate button and send us a few quid. Thanks!
